About This Role

Deliver high-quality personal care and support to clients under the supervision of a registered nurse. CNAs at BayCove Home Care build meaningful relationships with clients and their families while providing essential daily care.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care including bathing, oral hygiene, and grooming
Monitor and record vital signs and report abnormalities to the supervising nurse
Assist with ambulation, positioning, and range-of-motion exercises
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients

Qualifications

Current Texas CNA certification in good standing
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a care team
Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
Experience working with elderly or medically complex patients preferred
