About This Role

Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth coordination between clinical staff, clients, and management. The Office Manager plays a key role in maintaining compliance, managing scheduling, and delivering exceptional administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations including scheduling, billing, and recordkeeping
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and referrals
  • Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure proper staffing and coverage
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal home health regulations
  • Supervise administrative staff and support HR functions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a home health or medical office setting
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
